PGP in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM)

The Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM) at IIM Kozhikode is an interdisciplinary management program that integrates liberal arts, humanities, and social sciences with core management education. The program aims to develop managers with strong analytical thinking, cultural intelligence, and creative problem-solving abilities. Students learn management principles along with subjects from liberal studies to prepare for careers in marketing, human resources, media, hospitality, healthcare, social enterprises, and other people-focused industries. The program includes international and rural immersion modules and a master’s thesis in the final term, providing experiential learning and research exposure.
