
The Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business (PGP MFAB) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) is designed for members of family-owned enterprises who aspire to modernize, scale, and sustainably grow their businesses. The programme equips next-generation leaders with the strategic, governance, and leadership capabilities required to manage the unique intersection of family dynamics and business strategy.
The programme follows a 15-month modular structure, with one intensive week of on-campus learning every four to six weeks, enabling participants to apply new insights directly to their businesses between sessions. Developed in collaboration with global thought leaders, the curriculum combines case studies, simulations, expert discussions, and international immersion at a leading global business school, ensuring a strong integration of theory and real-world practice.
PGP MFAB focuses on succession planning, innovation, governance, and strategic leadership, helping participants balance traditional family values with modern management practices.
