Women’s Leadership Programme (WLP)

The Women’s Leadership Programme (WLP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) is designed to support women professionals in overcoming leadership barriers and advancing into senior leadership roles. The programme focuses on strengthening executive presence, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills, enabling participants to lead with confidence and authenticity.
Through faculty-led sessions, peer learning, and real-world case discussions, participants gain practical insights into leadership challenges and develop the capabilities required to drive organisational impact.
