Master of Management Studies (MMS) - Human Resources Specialization

The Master of Management Studies (MMS) with Human Resource Management (HR) Specialisation at JBIMS, Mumbai is a two-year, full-time management programme designed to develop strong managerial, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The programme provides a comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals while focusing on people management and organisational effectiveness.
The curriculum covers core areas of management with an emphasis on decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational behaviour. The programme is structured across four semesters, including a mandatory 8–12 week summer internship between the second and third semesters, offering valuable industry exposure.
In the second year, students specialise in their chosen domain. The Human Resource Management specialisation focuses on areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation, employee relations, and HR analytics, preparing students to manage workforce strategies and organisational development.
