
The Master in Human Resource Development (MHRD) is a two-year, full-time master’s programme designed for individuals aspiring to build expertise in Human Resource Management and develop into strategic HR leaders. Introduced in 2019, the programme focuses on preparing professionals to act as business partners, aligning HR practices with organisational goals.
The curriculum offers a comprehensive blend of core HR subjects and multidisciplinary management courses, enabling students to develop a strong foundation in both people management and business strategy. Key areas include talent management, organisational behaviour, performance management, training and development, and strategic HR planning.
With an emphasis on strategic decision-making and leadership, the programme equips students with the skills required to manage workforce challenges, contribute to organisational growth, and drive business performance through effective HR practices.
Graduates of the programme are prepared for roles in human resources, organisational development, talent strategy, and HR consulting, with the ability to integrate HR functions into broader business objectives.
