
The PGDM in General Management (GM) with Production, Operations & Decision Sciences electives at XLRI is an 18-month, full-time residential programme designed for professionals with a minimum of three years of work experience who seek to accelerate their careers and transition into leadership roles. Previously known as GMP, this flagship programme is recognised for its academic rigour and industry relevance, with accreditations such as AMBA and AICTE.
