Postgraduate Certificate Program in CSR Leadership (PGCCSRL)

The Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility & Leadership (PGCCSRL) at XLRI Jamshedpur, offered in collaboration with the Tata Steel Foundation, is an AICTE-approved one-year programme designed for professionals working in CSR, sustainability, NGOs, and development sectors. The programme prepares participants to lead impactful initiatives that align business objectives with societal and environmental goals.
As CSR becomes a key component of strategic decision-making, the programme focuses on developing strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating CSR initiatives. Participants gain the skills required to drive ethical, sustainable, and inclusive growth within organisations.
The curriculum combines conceptual learning with practical exposure, including a three-month immersive internship where participants work on real-world CSR projects. Delivered through a virtual learning platform with live sessions twice a week, the programme also includes a one-week on-campus module at XLRI Jamshedpur to enhance peer learning and collaboration.
