Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) – Blended (PGDM BM – Blended)

The PGDM in Business Management (BM) – Blended at XLRI is a two-year, master-level programme designed to provide participants with a comprehensive and integrated understanding of management functions and business skills. The programme builds a strong foundation across core areas of management while enabling professionals to enhance their strategic and decision-making capabilities.
Participants have the flexibility to specialise in one or two functional areas, including Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Production, Operations & Decision Sciences, and Strategic Management. To complete a concentration, participants are required to undertake a set of electives within their chosen area, while also having the freedom to select electives across disciplines based on their individual career goals.
The programme is delivered in a blended learning format, combining online sessions with four one-week on-campus immersion modules, allowing working professionals to pursue advanced management education without interrupting their careers.
Through this flexible and comprehensive approach, the programme equips participants with cross-functional expertise, strategic thinking, and practical management skills required to succeed in dynamic business environments.
