Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Operations

The MBA programme at the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Roorkee is a two-year, full-time residential programme structured across eight terms and 99 credits. It is designed to build a strong foundation in core management concepts and techniques, followed by advanced learning in specialised domains.
In the first year, students are introduced to fundamental management areas such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and strategy, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business functions. This foundation equips students with the analytical and decision-making skills required in modern organisations.
In the second year, the programme focuses on advanced knowledge and skill development through specialisations chosen by students. This allows them to deepen their expertise in specific domains and align their learning with career goals.
