
The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at IIM Bangalore is a flagship MBA degree designed to develop analytical, leadership, and managerial capabilities for global business environments. The programme runs for six trimesters over two years with a summer internship in between, Students study a core curriculum in the first year, followed by specialised electives in the second year, including Economics-related courses such as Behavioural Economics, International Macroeconomics, and Econometrics for Consultants, Core courses are compulsory courses offered in the first year. Elective courses are offered in the third term of the first year and all terms of the second year, where students get the opportunity to choose from a basket of multidisciplinary courses.
