Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - Information Management

The PGDM in Information Management (IM) at SPJIMR is a two-year, full-time management programme designed to develop business leaders who can effectively bridge the gap between technology, business strategy, and innovation. The academic journey begins with the Harvard Business School’s pre-MBA foundation module, followed by a strong first-year curriculum focused on core functional and general management courses.

Along with classroom learning, participants engage in specially curated Immersive Experiences such as PGLab, Abhyudaya, ADMAP, DoCC, SOS, and Design & Innovation, enabling practical exposure to real-world business and social challenges. In the second year, the curriculum focuses on making participants industry-ready by integrating management fundamentals with specialised learning. Students pursue major and minor specialisations, choose from a wide range of electives, participate in corporate internships, and gain global exposure through the Global Fast Track (GFT) international immersion at partner universities.

SPJIMR was the first institute in India to introduce the Information Management specialisation, designed with the foresight to create professionals who can combine management expertise with information systems and digital innovation to drive business transformation.
