The MBA at Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune is a two-year, full-time residential flagship programme spread across four semesters. It offers specialisations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Operations Management, and Strategy-related domains, providing a focused and industry-relevant learning experience to develop future leaders.
The Strategy & Entrepreneurship Specialisation is designed to equip students with the ability to formulate, implement, and evaluate business strategies in dynamic and competitive environments. The curriculum focuses on areas such as strategic management, competitive positioning, industry analysis, and organisational alignment, helping students understand how businesses achieve sustainable growth.
