Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (PGDM IEV)

The PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Creation (PGDM-IEV) at XLRI is a two-year, full-time AICTE-approved programme designed to nurture aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators. The programme combines management education with incubation and acceleration support, enabling students to transform ideas into successful ventures.
PGDM-IEV focuses on developing an entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging students to think creatively and critically while identifying and solving real-world problems. The curriculum integrates theoretical learning with practical exposure through hands-on projects, internships, industry visits, and live projects.
Participants also benefit from strong industry engagement and networking opportunities through in-house events such as Venturesparx and ElevateX, as well as ecosystem platforms like TiEcon, Entrepreneur India, and IID events. This exposure helps students connect with industry experts, investors, and successful entrepreneurs.
